The bed was nice, the room was compact and newly renovated with single bed. The breakfast was gorgeous with a wide range of food. Our accommodation was set in a central location not far from the restauran/ restaurant, and the river.
The staff we met were poorly trained.

We stayed at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of it. The location is perfect, as it's situated in a peaceful suburban area, yet close to many attractions and a conference centre. We loved the room amenities - from the mini-bar to the sitting area and terrace, everything was designed for enhanced comfort. Not to mention, the staff here went above and beyond with their service - from room service to laundry, they took care of everything. And, we greatly appreciated the free welcome drink after a long journey.
We didn't opt for the breakfast inclusive package, which we regretted later. However, this was okay as we got to try out the breakfast places nearby, which were also great.

Having to park away from room which could be a problem in bad weather because of open spaces.

The food was great all the time. There is no noise at night or in the morning untill I wake up on my own. The staff does not forget to greet guests at all times, this makes us feel welcomed.

Very spread out and some rooms far from the main block. Quality f room made up for that, though.
